COMMUNITY OWNERSHIP MANIFESTO

THE IP BELONGS TO THE NETWORK

Control/0 sits at the meeting point of gaming and crypto — two communities of tens of millions who show up early for promising ideas and expect a real stake in what they help build. This document is our thinking on what “community owned” should actually mean.

§ 01 — THE PREMISE

A story written
by its players

Control/0 is a casual, mid-core game with a gripping story and a takeover-and-treasure-hunt core loop — designed to guide millions of players into crypto through a character-driven storyworld, not a spreadsheet.

As players attack, defend, and climb the scoreboard, their reputation grows. Eventually, the most influential players are written into the story itself — gaining real influence over where the narrative goes next. Fans who never play can still follow the war through the Ctrl/0 comics.

§ 02 — CROWDSOURCED CANON

Built with its players,
not just for them

The community contributes stories — within published guidelines — that get adopted as real side missions in the game. Fan art and community writing are featured on the official site and voted on by the community itself.

Top-ranking contributors are rewarded with game assets they can use or sell — turning creative contribution into a real, tradable stake in the world, not just a credit line.

A platform,
not just a product.

§ 03 — OPEN DEVELOPER MARKET

Anyone can arm
the factions

Control/0 ships with an API that lets outside developers design entirely new attack and defense modes — from Pong to a puzzle to a VR shooter — as long as it configures to the game's chain and uses its assets.

Those developers sell their modes to players to deploy on their own networks: an open market where the people building on top of Control/0 share directly in its growth.

§ 04 — GROWING IN THE OPEN

Before launch,
not just after

Ahead of release, we build the audience the way we intend to run the game: in the open. Regular development updates, early artwork, and story fragments shared for feedback — plus shareable badges and narrative media built for players to carry the story into their own networks.

§ 05 — THE PRINCIPLE

Contribution, not capital,
earns a stake.

This is a vision under active development — there is no live token and no wallet yet. What's fixed is the principle. Everything above is the roadmap we're building toward.
